With many injuries and absences, the Bobcats found a way to come out with a victory. The first goal came halfway through the first half when Michael Reminder finished a cross from Zac Price that put the Bobcats up 1-0. Michael Reminder picked up another goal when he found the back of the net on a free kick just outside the eighteen. Coming out of halftime with a 2-0, the Bobcats committed a penalty inside the box and the Oilers were awarded a penalty kick. Cameron Ranck made the save on the penalty to keep the Bobcats up 2-0. Mount Pleasant didn’t fade as they found the back of the net off a cross and finish of their own. The game was sealed when Zac Price took advantage of a goalkeeper mistake and buried the ball to put the Bobcats up 3-1. Cameron Ranck had 6 saves in net. The victory moves the Bobcats to 11-6 on the year, and 3-5 in conference play. The Bobcats host Western on Wednesday when they look to redeem a earlier 0-1 loss in the Bay County Tournament.
